1. AI Generation Errors & Credit Resolution

Are refunds provided if the AI generation fails, hangs, or gives an unusual error? Yes, in the form of service credits. For already paid services, if an unexpected error occurs from our end (such as the AI model hanging, server timing out, or an unhandled system crash), compensation is strictly provided in the form of consultation credits re-issued to your account.
Mandatory Verification Requirement (Real-Time Screenshot with Error Code): To be eligible for credit re-issuance, you must provide a real-time screenshot (SS) clearly displaying the error state and the specific error code shown on the AI screen. Email the screenshot along with your registered mobile/email and payment Transaction ID to contactus@rekhagyan.online.

2. Exact Processing & Initiation Timeframes

  • Service Credit Restoration: Processed and re-credited to your account within 24–48 hours following review and verification of your error screenshot.
  • Duplicate Gateway Debits: If a payment gateway glitch caused your bank account or UPI to be debited more than once for a single transaction attempt, eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. Standard refund initiation occurs within 5–7 working days.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy on Delivered Reports: Because REKHA GYAN provides instant, irrevocable digital analysis and immediate server GPU computational resource consumption, readings, consultation reports, and scans that have been successfully generated and delivered to your screen are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

Rekha AI acts as an intelligent assistant and computational helper, not as an infallible human astrologer or psychic. When you ask your questions and upload your palm imagery and birth details, Rekha AI analyzes your questions, details, and palm line structures. It then systematically crawls through internet and classical repositories looking for authentic scriptures—where authenticity is ranked by historical antiquity (how ancient the text is) and how extensively it has been studied, cited, and preferred by practicing astrologers over centuries.

Rekha AI synthesizes the answers by identifying what the majority consensus of authoritative scriptures points out. Be it answers, timings, pooja vidhis, or gemstone suggestions, nothing is provided at random or on arbitrary AI calculation—everything reflects what classical treatises declare.

Because Rekha AI operates as your research assistant to retrieve the most relevant scripture-backed insights matching your details, its answers do not and cannot guarantee any specific life outcome, resolution, or solution. Consequently, refunds are strictly NOT provided because a seeker dislikes a prediction, disagrees with the classical scriptures, or experiences unmet personal expectations. Once the scriptural analysis is processed and rendered, the service is fully delivered and irrevocable.

4. Return & Replace Request Process for Digital Services

Because digital reports cannot be physically returned, our “replace” process works through credit replacement:

  1. Step 1 (Capture Error): If the AI interface hangs or displays an error code, immediately take a clear screenshot showing the error code and URL.
  2. Step 2 (Submit Claim): Email contactus@rekhagyan.online with subject “Technical Error Credit Claim - [Transaction ID]” attaching the real-time screenshot.
  3. Step 3 (Re-issuance): Upon log verification within 24–48 hours, new credits are loaded to your account to re-run your reading at no extra cost.

5. Cancellation Procedures, Fees & Requirements

  • Cancellation Fees: ₹0 (Zero Fees). There are no penalty charges or administrative fees for cancelling recurring access.
  • Cancellation Requirement: Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle.
