  • Arbitration & Jurisdiction: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to sole arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat retain exclusive legal jurisdiction.
